Using Articulate Storyline, I created an interactive playbook to help promote a new product. In working closely with the subject matter expert, I became knowledgeable of the new product solution and identified ways to help educate customers and internal teams. After our kickoff call, I created an outline for the module and then moved to PowerPoint to produce a mockup. Next, I migrated the content into Storyline. Finally, to add some interest to the module, I created animations using Adobe Animate and background music in GarageBand. After several iterations, the finalized module was added to the launch kit.

I bridge the gap between complex engineering and sales success. By developing interactive digital playbooks and technical training, I ensure that sales teams and distributors can effectively communicate the value of fire and life safety solutions to facility managers and engineers.

Created an interactive digital playbook to accelerate the launch of new hardware products. Collaborated with subject matter experts to translate technical specifications into a field-ready sales tool. Developed the full project lifecycle from initial mockup and storyboard to finalized module for the global launch kit.

Revised technical sales training for a core product offering as part of an integrated demand generation campaign. Partnered with product management to identify key value propositions for distribution partners and dealers. Managed the end-to-end design process, including needs analysis, prototyping, and coordination with external agencies for final evaluation.

Developed technical enablement content focused on life safety code changes and system solutions. This asset served as a primary piece for a larger nurturing campaign to build brand authority and influence prospects during the discovery phase of the buying journey.

Engineered an introductory technical training course for aspiration smoke detection to support a rapid shift to virtual sales enablement during the 2020 pandemic. Collaborated with field trainers to transition in-person instruction into an on-demand digital format, ensuring zero gaps in customer education and lead qualification.
