Full-Service Campaign

Midwest Alarm Services

The Challenge

Facility managers often struggle with vendor fragmentation by juggling separate contracts for fire alarms, security, and inspections. This disconnect leads to administrative burden, increased operational risk, and finger-pointing when systems fail to communicate. The goal was to position Midwest Alarm Services (MWAS) as the single-source partner capable of eliminating this friction.

The Strategy

Launched an integrated Go-to-Market campaign centered on the "Single-Source" advantage. The centerpiece was a technical Vetting Checklist designed to act as a diagnostic tool for prospects. This moved the conversation from a commodity-based price discussion to a high-value consultation focused on risk mitigation and system interoperability.

Key Innovations

  • Marketing Operations: Engineered a full-funnel lead flow by syncing
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms directly to HubSpot and MS Dynamics. This
    ensured that regional
sales teams received enriched lead data in real time.

  • Dynamic Response Engine: Developed a "Low-Voltage Blueprint" deliverable using HubSpot workflows. The system analyzes user input from an online assessment and automatically generates a tailored PDF guide based on their specific pain points.

  • Sales Enablement: Produced a suite of high-utility assets including the "Low-Voltage Juggling Act" ad series, a three-part automated nurture sequence, and standardized RFP templates to support the business development team.

  • Technical Authority: Leveraged deep industry knowledge of NFPA and IBC codes to create content that resonates with building engineers and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).

The Results

  • Established a scalable lead-generation engine for 14 regional branches across the Midwest.

  • Automated the "Top of Funnel" discovery process, allowing the sales team to enter conversations with a clear understanding of the prospect's infrastructure gaps.

  • Positioned the brand as a strategic consultant rather than a hardware vendor, directly supporting the adoption of the full service suite.
